    DINING
    Marquesa - Serving dinner five days a week, October through May, and a market-style Sunday brunch. Specializing in Mediterranean-inspired dishes including veal, rabbit, and bouillabaisse. The quietly elegant room is furnished with high-backed leather chairs, crystal chandeliers, wood-burning fireplace, and large oil portraits. A dining terrace features an outdoor fireplace and views of dramatic sunsets over the McDowell Mountains.

    Las Ventanas - Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served every day in this Southwestern-style restaurant with Saltillo tile floors, high wood ceilings, and outdoor patio. Breakfast offerings include omelets, pancakes, and french toast. Lunch items include pecan wood-fired pizza, quesadillas, balsamic chicken, burgers, and tacos. The dinner menu features pasta dishes, rotisserie chicken, pan-flashed veal, and baby back ribs.

    La Hacienda - Murals of Mexican scenes, handcarved Spanish-colonial furnishings, and wrought-iron accessories create a south-of-the-border ambience. A flickering fireplace and a flaming coffee specialty splashed with liqueur warms diners on cool desert nights. Authentic interior Mexican dishes include steak fajitas, ceviche, and quesadillas. Open for dinner only.

    The Grill - This clubhouse restaurant and bar overlooking the golf course is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. The menu features dry-aged steaks and seafood, along with a large assortment of microbrewed beers, California wines, fine cigars, and martinis.

    Cazadores - Serving Continental breakfast, appetizers, and cocktails in a casual setting just off the lobby, with booth seating and a patio. Specialties include a margarita shrimp cocktail, nine-layer dip, and fondue. Wood-carved games, including a 5-foot-tall chess set, are available for play.

    Cabana Cafe - Serving lunch items such as nachos, Caesar salad, fruit platters, wrap sandwiches, and barbecued chicken outdoors by the south pool every day.

    Willow Springs Spa - Bento box lunches featuring assorted items such as five bean salad, pan roasted shrimp, poached lobster, sun-dried fruit tabbouleh, and roasted garlic flan. Guests may enjoy their box lunch at any one of several locations in the spa.
