Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX): Approximate driving time is 25 minutes and distance is 13 miles. Driving directions from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport: Take Hwy 202 E to Hwy 101 N and exit at Indian Bend Rd. Turn left onto Indian Bend and about 3 miles ahead, turn right onto Scottsdale Rd. Hotel is on the right. Getting there: The most popular options are by SuperShuttle van service ($5–15 per person) or taxi ($16–25.) The hotel can pre-arrange luxury sedan pick-up for $26–30; rental cars start in the $26–35 range; unscheduled limousines are $26–35 up to 2 passengers, $7 for each additional person (hourly rates are more than $36.) Fees subject to change without notice. Rental cars are available online. Getting around: Some dining and shopping are found in the area immediately around the hotel but most guests prefer to rent cars to get into both downtown Scottsdale and Phoenix. From mid-November through the end of May, visitors and residents alike hop on the Scottsdale Trolley which winds past Old Town and the arts districts 6 days a week. Phoenix boasts a similar downtown shuttle called DASH year-round; both services are free.
